Verify!!! Existing Truss/Rafter Condition Prior to Ordering Trusses.  This needs to be done by the contractor or homeowner acting as contractor prior to ordering trusses.  Architect does not provide exact measurements, on His/Her plans, because they cannot cut into the existing until job site work starts.

Attached is The Deco Truss® Existing Information Cheat Sheet.  We require this on all Additions which are matching existing roof.

Failure to verify existing conditions/measurements could result in New Trusses not working properly and /or new trusses being required.
