Job Description
We are seeking Experienced Truss Designers, able to generate truss placement plans and engineering using industry software. Mitek Experienced Required. In-House Only – No remote designer

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Read and Interpret Architectural and Structural Drawings
Consult engineers, architects and construction personnel to clarity requirements and to rectify field problems
Produce lay-outs and engineering to match Architecture and Structural Plans
Self Motivated; able to manage his/her time and keep schedules

Skills/Requirements
Mitek Experienced
Knowledge of Wood Trusses
Knowledge of Florida Building Codes
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Have industry experience and knowledge
Manual & Computer drawing skills
Math skills are essential
Ability to communicate effectively with construction personnel, architects and engineers
Must be a Team Player
